Sinfonetic Font

Sinfonetic is the name of the font which I developed to transcribe Sinhala and Tamil phonetically. It was used to show the pronunciation of Sinhala and Tamil words in my book, A Dictionary of Sri Lankan English; in the trilingual children’s book Keerthihan’s Kite (in the phonetic transcriptions of the Sinhala and Tamil versions of the story at the back of the book); in the illustrated Sinhala and Tamil alphabet cards; and in SET: a trilingual dictionary of colloquial Sinhala, English and Tamil.

To download the font, right-click on this link (Sinfonet.ttf), select "Save Target As", and save it to your computer. You will then need to install it on your computer in order to use it.
